The goods are returned within the time scales detailed below.The items are returned in perfect condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the means of delivery is adequate, that the items are insured against loss or damage and that proof of receipt is provided. In the U.K, Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service provides all these aspects but you must make sure that you choose the appropriate level of compensation with regard to the value of the goods enclosed.Please note: in the interests of hygiene and UK health and safety law we regret that this policy cannot be extended to earrings.

The following information will be required; Full name and address, order number, Product code, description and quantity. Your reason for return, whether you require a replacement, refund or credit.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment less the original postage costs.
We take great pride in our jewellery and hence pack the jewellery very carefully to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
Jewellery must be returned within the time scales stated below for a full refund.
- UK based customer returns – 14 days.
- EU based customer returns – 14 days.
- US and worldwide based customer returns – 14 days.
- Beyond 14 days and up to 30 days we offer exchange only.
Jewellery that has been made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged.
